This Privacy Policy explains how Get Rich! ("we", "us", or "the app") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our luxury watch collection and lifestyle simulator. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here. This app is published on the Base44 platform and is available on the web and as a mobile app on iOS and Android.

We collect only the information needed to run the game, process optional purchases, and provide social and support features:

• ●Account data: if you create an account, your email address and a display name you choose (such as a leaderboard username).
• ●Game state: your portfolio, watch collection, currency balances, progress, and preferences are stored on your device using local storage and, when you are logged in, on our servers so your progress syncs across devices.
• ●Leaderboard entries: your chosen username, net worth, best watch tier, watch count, car count, and current property are stored so other players can see your rank.
• ●Collection pieces: watch records you add (brand, model, reference, purchase price, current value, purchase date) are stored so your collection persists and can be valued.
• ●Payment data: when you buy gems, a starter pack, a season pass, or VIP, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that securely.
• ●Optional location: if you grant permission, we use your approximate location to display your city in the in-game Weather app. Location is requested only when you open that feature and can be denied.
• ●Push notifications: if you enable them, we may send notifications about game events, rewards, and reminders to your device. You can turn these off at any time in your device settings.
• ●Error and usage logs: anonymous diagnostic data (error type, route, and a per-session correlation id) may be recorded to help us fix bugs and improve stability. We do not attach your identity to these logs.

We use the information above to:

• ●Operate, save, and sync your game progress and collection.
• ●Display your rank and stats on the global leaderboard using your chosen username.
• ●Process optional in-app purchases through Stripe and grant the items you bought.
• ●Show your local weather when you opt in to location access.
• ●Send push notifications you have enabled, about game events and rewards.
• ●Diagnose errors and improve app performance and stability.
• ●Respond to support messages you send us through the Contact page.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to run the app, with these categories of parties:

• ●Stripe: our payment processor for in-app purchases. Stripe receives your payment details directly and under its own privacy policy — we only receive confirmation of a successful transaction.
• ●Base44: the platform that hosts the app's backend, database, and authentication. Your account, game state, and collection are stored on Base44's infrastructure.
• ●Other players: your leaderboard username and stats are visible to other players on the global leaderboard. No other personal data is shared.
• ●Service providers: where required to deliver a specific feature (such as push notifications or error logging), the minimum data needed is passed to that provider.

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.

Your game progress is stored locally on your device and, when you are logged in, on Base44's servers. Payment data is handled by Stripe and is not stored by us. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
